See All This Member's News Michael Bagdonas New Triptych Piece I just wanted to let everyone know how my first large Triptych painting, consisting of three 30x30 canvases, turned out. Terrific in my opinion and I hope yours. This painting depicts one of my favorite painting places on earth in Garrapata State Park along Highway One on the California coast between Carmel and Big Sur. The title is "Garrapata View", I know really original! See All This Member's News Deborahchapin Deborah Chapin to Speak at EPA Deborah Chapin will be giving a talk and video presentation about the Role of Art at the EPA downtown DC. I'll be presenting some of the film footage that I've taken over the 7 years that I've been doing my wetland series on the Chesapeake. I will be discussing how artists have participated and continue to participate in making the public aware of environmental issues and discussing the future role of the arts within the environmental movement. Topic will be presented before the leaders of the EPA, academic and scientific communities in Washington DC. Specifics will be forthcoming soon. I'm hoping to have it taped for those who would like to see it online after the event. If you have any issues which you would like to have me bring up within my talk or contributions which you would like for me to include email me with a subject line of Suggestions for the EPA.
